For the past seven years, we have successfully ignited a movement by curating a creatively charged and unified atmosphere. Packed with introspective & thought-provoking dialogue on relevant topics from prominent people of color within our city.
This year, we are kicking it up a notch with The KNKYHAIR Show.. We are channelling relevant messages through an artful display of avant garde hairstyling by our founder, Salma Ekambi, also known as moroccanchocolate, in collaboration with creative photographer/videographer John Juice Harris at the burgeoning new film studio in the Galleria area, NEB Studios, all while staying true to our panel style conversation and black vendor market..
Trust us, you DO NOT want to miss this year's event!
We have created the blueprint for progressive networking and renewed success within our city by concentrating the combined efforts of like-minded individuals ranging from local artists, vendors, and entrepreneurs into an amazing event that has often been imitated, but never quite duplicated..
The Black History Project is definitely one of a kind..
